By purchasing an item, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions:
For books: If the item was not in the condition stated, or it is not the item you expected, you have 15 days to ask for a refund for your Item, and the refund will be issued once we have notification from the post office that the item has been shipped.
Once 15 days have passed and you have not asked for a refund on your item, you will not be able to return it for a refund, but in the near future we may offer a buy-back option. Please keep that in mind, and check back soon. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
For All other items:
If you have purchased an item from us other than books, such as an MP3 player or any other item, you will have 30 days to ask for a refund, at which point the item will have to be shipped back to us, and we will need shipping notification before a refund can be issued. Checkout/Payment indicates that you agree to pay for the item, and if you are unhappy with the item, you must ask for a refund within the 30 days. We may be interested in buying the item back.
